3 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1½ cups sour cream
2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
¼ cup crumbled cooked bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 can (12 oz) refrigerated biscuits
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, bacon, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar.
Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and gently fold them into the mixture.
Pour everything into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until biscuits are golden and the casserole is bubbly.
