  • 1 medium zucchini, spiralized
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  7. In a separate pan, sauté the spiralized zucchini noodles for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  8. Serve the meatballs over the zucchini noodles and top with marinara sauce and fresh basil.
