Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Brown the pork chops in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Place the sliced onions and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  5. Add the browned pork chops on top of the onions and garlic.
  6. Pour the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce over the pork chops.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  8. Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops overnight.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes or rice to soak up the juices.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
