1/2 cup unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
In a slow cooker, combine the beef chuck, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, thyme, and rosemary.
Melt the butter and pour it over the beef mixture.
Stir to combine all ingredients well.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
