  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  5. About 30 minutes before serving, mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl until smooth, then stir it into the slow cooker.
