Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Add beef broth, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  4. Remove the beef, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
  5. Add the mushrooms and ramen noodles to the slow cooker.
  6. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high until the noodles are tender.
  7. Stir in chopped green onions before serving.
