Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix the cooled espresso, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
