Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of flank steak, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced flank steak in the crock pot.
  2. Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic on top of the steak.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the steak and vegetables in the crock pot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir it into the crock pot during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
