  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic until fully cooked.
  2. Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
  4. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, add cream cheese and cooked pasta to the crockpot.
  7. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and well incorporated.
  8. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and let it melt before serving.
