Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the low-fat sour cream with chopped chives.
  7. Serve the baked chips with the sour cream dip.
