Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, shredded chicken, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
