  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the Portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the ricotta mixture.
  5. Top each filled mushroom with marinara sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
