  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  6. Once the meatballs are cooked, toss them in the BBQ sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve the meatballs over cooked rice and top with mixed vegetables and sesame seeds.
