Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the chopped bell peppers and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the peppers are tender.
  4. Stir in the Italian seasoning, white cooking wine, diced tomatoes, and dried basil.
  5. Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  6. Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley.
