  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef and broccoli with rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
