  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 4 cloves black garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together gochujang, black garlic, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the marinade.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
