  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and celery, sauté until softened.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cubed gluten-free bread, sautéed vegetables, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
