1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cups baby potatoes, halved
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with 2 tablespoons of melted butter, salt, and pepper.
