  • 1.5 lbs flank steak, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions
