  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer the cooked meat to the crock pot.
  3. Add the kidney beans, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the crock pot.
  4. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
