Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup mashed avocado (about 1 avocado)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (preferably Lily’s chocolate chips)
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 23 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed avocado and melted chocolate.
  3. Add a pinch of sea salt and cocoa powder to the mixture.
  4. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  6. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  7. Coat the truffles in additional cocoa powder if desired.
  8. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
