Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned.
  3. Add tomato sauce, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. In a separate pan, warm the tortillas until pliable.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and roll them up.
  6. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and pour the remaining sauce over the top.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
