Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  4. If desired, fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruits.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
