4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup long-grain white rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the uncooked rice evenly in the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice.
