1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
¼ cup heavy cream
½ cup strawberry jam or strawberry sauce
1 banana, sliced
Whipped cream
Crumble graham crackers for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes. Cool completely.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla; mix well.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until blended. Stir in mashed bananas and heavy cream until smooth.
Pour filling into crust. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, top with strawberry sauce, banana slices, whipped cream, and graham cracker crumbs.
